For Founders

Your round deserves
the right room.

Most founders spend months sending the wrong decks to the wrong investors. MSV ends that. We're your capital execution office - we review your application, source you to investors whose thesis fits your stage and sector, and run the entire process. You focus on the pitch. We handle the infrastructure.

Every application reviewed by a human. No bots. No filters.

Before MSV

What fundraising looks like today.

Three scenarios that play out for most founders before they find a process that actually works.

01
312 emails sent. 6 replies.
The Shotgun Approach
You send your deck to everyone you can find on LinkedIn, AngelList, and every accelerator directory. Three months pass. Your inbox has six replies from associates asking for a one-pager you already attached to the original email.
02
Warm intro. Wrong investor.
The Wrong Room
You finally get a warm introduction. The investor is polite. They also fund Series B. You are pre-seed. You wasted three weeks getting the intro, preparing for the meeting, and following up. The investor was never going to write the check.
03
Credibility damaged. Raise stalled.
The Credibility Hit
Investors talk. When you mass-distribute your deck, word travels. The signal you send is that you do not know who your investor is. That is a trust problem, not a traction problem. It follows your round until you close or give up.
With MSV

A different process from day one.

Five steps. MSV handles most of them. You show up prepared to the conversations that actually matter.

1
You express interest
Submit through the MSV form. Deck, traction, raise details, what you are looking for in an investor. This is your entry point.
2
MSV reviews your application
Every application is read by a human. We assess stage, sector, team, traction, and investor-fit potential. This takes time. That is the point.
3
You are selected to the cohort
If selected, you receive a confirmation and an onboarding call. MSV writes your deal note and shares it with you for review before it goes anywhere.
4
Sourcing happens privately
MSV sources your profile to investors whose thesis aligns. You see fit status but not investor names until both sides confirm. No awkward one-sided visibility.
5
The deal window opens
A structured, time-bound window. MSV coordinates all investor-founder conversations. You show up prepared. We run the process. Investor names revealed only at meeting confirmation.

Who Can Apply

Who we work with.

MSV is selective by design. We work with a narrow set of founders at a specific stage. If you qualify, the process is built for you.

Stage
Seed stage (revenue-generating) through Series C. MSV works with founders who have initial traction and are raising to scale. Pre-revenue is not the right stage for MSV. If you are post-Series C, we recommend larger institutional funds.
Geography
India-based founders or founders building primarily for the India market. MSV runs city-specific editions. Pune is live. Hyderabad, Chennai, Jaipur, and others are in preparation. Your city matters.
Sectors
SaaS, Fintech, Climate Tech, D2C, Deep Tech, Consumer, Health. If your sector is not listed, apply anyway. We assess each application on its own merits. The sector list is a guide, not a gate.
How the Process Works

Three rules you need to know before applying.

MSV is a closed process. These rules exist to protect both founders and investors. They are not negotiable.

01
All communication flows through MSV.
No direct contact between you and investors until MSV confirms a meeting is appropriate. Every message, every introduction, every follow-up goes through us. This protects your credibility and keeps the process clean.
02
Investor names are hidden until the meeting is confirmed.
You will not see which specific investor you have been aligned with until MSV confirms a meeting on both sides. You see fit status and thesis category. The name is revealed when the conversation is scheduled.
03
The deal window is set by MSV. It is not flexible.
MSV determines when the deal window opens and closes. This structure creates the focused, high-signal environment that makes the process work. Individual extensions are not available.

Ready to raise the right way?

Applications for Cohort 2026 are open. Limited spots by design. Every application is reviewed by a human.

Not all applications will be accepted. That is what makes the process work.
