Startup event registration form.
Most startup events mix founders, investors, incubators and students. One MyStartupValley Events form gives each of them the right questions, then an Event Pass on their phone.
Updated by the MyStartupValley team.
Fields to include
Name, email and phone
Always asked and always required, so every registrant can get their Event Pass and updates.
A role choice
Founder, investor, enabler or other. The questions switch to the role they pick.
Founder: startup, sector and stage
Enough to power Top 5 to meet on the day without a long form.
Investor: type, firm, sectors and stages
The fixed investor form; it shows founders the investors who back their space.
Enabler: organisation, type and interests
Incubators, accelerators, coworking spaces and E-cells.
Other: organisation or college
Students, mentors and everyone else, in four fields.
