Already took registrations somewhere else? Bring them over to MyStartupValley Events in minutes. Everyone gets an Event Pass, check-in and networking, and you keep one list.
Updated by the MyStartupValley team.
What comes across
Up to 5,000 rows per import
CSV or Excel exports from Luma, Google Forms, Townscript or any sheet.

Name, email, phone and more are detected; you can change any of them.
Duplicates skipped
People already on the list, or rows without an email, are left out and counted.
People already on MSV linked
Their existing profile is used, never duplicated.
The 4 steps
- Export your listLuma: download the guest CSV. Google Forms: open responses in Sheets and download as CSV. Townscript: download the attendee list.
- Upload it to your eventOpen your MSV event, go to Import CSV and drop the file.
- Map the columns and check the rowsSee ready rows, duplicates and rows missing an email before anything happens.
- Confirm and send passesConfirm these people registered and agreed to be contacted; MSV Events emails each one their Event Pass.
Questions.
Will my Luma guests need to register again?
No. They get their Event Pass by email from the import.
Which columns does the import need?
Name and email at the least; phone, organisation and role help. MSV Events detects the columns and you can change any of them before anything is sent.
What happens to people already on MSV?
They are linked to their existing MSV profile instead of getting a new one, so nobody is duplicated. Rows without an email are skipped and counted, so you can fix them in your sheet and import again.
Can I keep using my existing form?
Yes. Import new rows whenever you like; duplicates are skipped.
Is importing free?
Yes. Imports, passes and check-in are free for organisers.
